Goal I FW (Finer Womanhood) We will foster and nurture Finer Womanhood through Sorority embellishment, leadership development and “Community Pearl Recognition”.
Goal II-SE (Service) We will provide services and benefits that enhance the quality of life within the Zeta Community, Local Community and Global Community, with emphasis on the Signature Z-Hope Program-Mind, Body and Spirit.

Goal III-SC (Scholarship/Education)
We will increase Scholarship Awards; Promote educational programs internally and externally.

Goal IV-SI/ME (Sisterhood & Membership)
We will Nurture, Develop and Promote Sisterhood and Membership through building relations, retention, recruitment and reclamation.
Goal V-Aux (Auxiliaries)

To facilitate the fulfillment of the Sorority’s mission through the development and growth of an effective Amicae auxiliary and local youth affiliates.
