Stork’s Nest
The Stork’s Nest was launched in 1972, as a collaborative effort between Zeta Phi Beta, the March of dimes and health care facilities that serve pregnant women.
The Stork’s Nest Program is designed to promote prenatal care participation and healthy behaviors during pregnancy through two components-incentives and education.

Founders’ Day
Founders' Day is observed and celebrated in the month of January each year.
Finer Womanhood
The Finer Womanhood culminating observance is held jointly each February by the Area IV Chapters. The Area Four is coordinated by Soror Madie Bell.
Blue Revue
The Blue Revue Cotillon is sponsored every three years. Young eligible community ladies are presented to society by The Iota Sigma Zeta Ladies.
March of Dimes Walkathon
Iota Sigma Zeta sponsors this acitivity to raise funds for the March of Dimes.
“Scholarship Presents”
“Scholarship Presents” is a chapter program which focuses on identifying eligible young ladies who exhibit Finer Womanhood Qualities and acaddemic achievement.
Iota Sigma Zeta presents Scholarships yearly to these eligible graduating seniors from the area High Schools. Many of these young ladies are members of the Zeta Phi Beta, Inc., Iota Sigma Zeta Archonette Club of New Bern.
